while filling out my financial aid application

I can't believe I'm going to be a junior soon. God, it only seems like yesterday when I visited Northwestern for the first time before I was about to move in... wearing that blue t-shirt, the same color as the Chicago sky on a good day, it seems so near, so close, so not distant at all... what have I done in all this time? I'm almost half-way done with my college career-- time is flying by. It's all such a blur, so fast, I can't see the present or the future, only the fast, fast path, ever elusive. I wonder how much faster time passes by for my parents or grandparents.
